During the plan implementation period (May 5, 2022–August 20, 2022), the following tasks were completed: Restaurants in the city to offer discounts, collection of rewarding points, extra meal size, and other preferential services to consumers who bring their own containers; Compile and create a list of 438 locations; Assist in promoting the city’s eco-friendly night market (1 location); Make plans to replace melamine eating utensils with stainless steel; Replace second-hand bag reuse stations; Hold self-provided utensil frequent-user bonus events; Hold a series of educational events regarding night market voting events; Hold talk regarding Guidelines for Dishwashing Process Workshop (1 session), Provide guidance to universities and colleges in setting up regular second-hand exchange stations on campus (2 locations), and hold second-hand item exchange bonus activities (2 sessions) in cooperation with schools; and Compile results related to second-hand flea market activities held by groups within the jurisdiction (8 sessions, 371 booths). Assistance was offered to periodically update the map of unused items repair stations in Taoyuan City in order to enable the general public to search correct information on stores that exchange unused items and increase resource recycling and the life cycles of objects. Additionally, assistance was provided to agencies in conducting garbage truck ripped garbage bag audits. Targeting the information and data for ripped garbage bag audit work over the years, compilation and analysis were carried out, and results and recommendations were put forth. Furthermore, operations for 24 garbage truck route ripped garbage bag audits were added.
